OF SALE
These terms and of conditions of sale set out the way in which
we, Thomas Green (The Hague), a franchise of Thomas Green
sell our goods to you via this website.
1. Price Information
The prices shown on our website are only applicable to goods
shown on the internet and purchased via this website or over
the telephone. All prices are correct at time of display online
and include V.A.T. where appropriate. In the unlikely event
of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price
being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price.
In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue
with your purchase.
2. Ordering Goods
To buy products from our online store you can do so in two
different ways:
On the Web
Add the goods that you want to buy into your virtual basket
by pressing the ["buy now"] button. When you have
finished making your choices, press the ["go to checkout"]
button. You will have a final opportunity to change or alter
the items in your basket before completing the transaction.
Before pressing the ["complete transaction"] button,
you will be asked to confirm that you accept these Terms and
Conditions of sale.
By Telephone
You need to make a note of the product order number and price
of the goods you wish to buy. After you have finished making
your selections, you will need to call the phone number displayed
on the website where one of our telephone operators will be
happy to take your order. During the order process you will
be asked by the telephone operator to confirm that you accept
our Terms and Conditions of sale. The telephone operator will
also ask you to confirm delivery details and finally your
method of payment. ;
Whichever method you use to buy from us, all orders placed
with us are subject to stock availability and to the validation
checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to
section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will
exist between you and us for the sale of products by us to
you until your credit/debit card has been charged. This will
be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been
effectively communicated to you. Please note that the only
language in which the contract can be concluded is English.
Details of your order will be retained by us in our database
and these details can be made available on request. We will
confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to you.
3. Payment
We require payment on delivery.
4. Accuracy of Content
We have taken every care in preparing the content of this
website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct
at the time of publishing, and that we have described the
goods fairly. However, please note that packaging may vary
from that shown, and whilst we take care to display colours
accurately on the website, the colours of the goods shown
on the website may vary slightly from those supplied, as the
website colours may differ according to the settings on your
computer screen, which is beyond our control.
5. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses throughout south
Holland but may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations.
Where we cannot deliver to you we will notify you as soon
as possible.
Goods will be delivered to the address specified in your
order.
Your order will be delivered either by Courier
or in some locations, by our dedicated van delivery service.
A signature is required for all deliveries. You are responsible
for making sure that someone is available to accept your delivery.
6a. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are charged in addition to the prices shown
on the website. These charges are shown on the ["Complete
Transaction"] page prior to you being able to complete
your purchases. If you buy from us over the phone, the operator
will advise you of the relevant delivery charges involved.
6b. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday
to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends
or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please
allow an extra 2 working days.
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour
to despatch your chosen items to you within 3 working days
providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery
time is shown on the product information page.
All deliveries must be signed for. If you
are out when the delivery arrives the courier or our delivery
man will leave a card with the contact number for you to call
to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect
the goods from the local depot.
7. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We are not permitted by law to sell you
certain items such as alcohol, chocolate liquors, videos,
DVDs, games or music where you are not of the age required
under Dutch law to buy such items, and accordingly may refuse
to sell you such items where we reasonably suspect this is
the case.
9. Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service
or if you have any queries or comments in connection with

or telephone us on 070 358 7586 and we will do everything
we reasonably can to help you.
10. Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: under this returns policy we cannot accept returns
of goods which you have consumed (for example, a box of chocolates
of which you have eaten the majority), or of perishable goods
which you have not stored properly as advised on the packet.
Nothing in this returns policy will affect
your statutory rights.
8a. Cancellation Rights for Unwanted Goods
For all items of goods which are non-perishable,
you have a statutory right to return them to us unopened and
undamaged within 7 days of receipt, and we will give you a
full refund .
8b. Returns of Faulty Goods
If any item you have purchased from us is
faulty upon receipt, provided that it is returned to us in
the faulty and unused condition (if at all possible with its
original packaging to enable the manufacturer to identify
the problem batch), within 14 days of delivery, we will exchange
the item or offer a full refund, along with your reasonable
postage costs.

You are advised to obtain a certificate or proof of posting
(available from post offices in most countries), as we will
not be able to help you if we do not receive the goods that
you have returned.
