How do I order?


On the left hand side of the page you will see the category menu. If you click on these, you will open a new page showing the products in that category.

Here you will see the product descriptions, the price and the tax on each product. By selecting the drop-down box and then pressing the "add" button you can enter the desired quantity to your basket. You can select multiple products on any page and only press the "Add" button once - this will save you time.

 

Warning! If you have a scrolling mouse, it is possible to change the quantities in the selected drop down box if you are not paying attention. Don't panic, you can change the quantities by clicking on "View Basket" (see left) or later at the checkout.

Once you are happy with the products selected, go to the check out by pressing the link on the right hand side of the page. You will first be asked to select a destination and asked for your email address (see below):

If it is your first order you leave the customer code field empty and proceed. If you have ordered before you will have a code (which is case sensitive), which will immediately identify you. If you have forgotten your code, there is a field for you to enter your email address and your code will be immediately re-sent.

At the next page you enter your address, the destination address (if different from your billing address) and a field for additional comments. It is really important you leave your phone number(preferably mobile) if you want a quick response.

If you want to change your order at this stage, you can still click on the view basket link (see above) to remove products or change quantities.

Complete the process by clicking on the "Make the Order" button. There is no requirement to use credit cards or PIN at this stage.
